Alison Hodson

AlisonpageAlison Hodson has worked in the Voluntary Sector for over 12 years in a variety of roles. She has 17 years experience of working in strategic management roles within both voluntary and public sector. This includes the project management of several large public sector projects.

For several years she was part of senior management team of Northampton Volunteering Centre, including responsibility for the delivery of their services to the voluntary sector. Within her other roles she has managed several Lottery projects, including Springboard a project encouraging people into volunteering and been a manager for a Volunteer Car Scheme.

Prior to working in the Voluntary Sector she had a succesful career in Local Government – working for three County Councils in the Midlands. Her greatest achievement in this time was working on the planning and opening of the then new Lincoln Central Library.

She is a qualified trainer, a member of the Chartered institute of Information Professionals and also has an MSc from Cranfield University.
